Why did we convene the consultation meeting EDIRA VOICES in the romm?

Commitment to INCLUSION

EDIRA VOICES™ exists because too many “inclusion” conversations still happen about communities, rather than with them — and too often the people most affected are invited in late, listened to briefly, and left out of what happens next. We created EDIRA VOICES™ to change that pattern: a practical, trust-led space where lived experience and professional expertise meet early, work honestly through power and safety, and turn insight into action that communities can recognise and rely on.

Promoting COLLABORATION

EDIRA VOICES™ is a partnership programme built to shift power — and turn “inclusion” into action that communities can feel. We curate community priorities, support ethical involvement, and help organisations build engagement that is culturally responsive, accessible, and measurable. We bring together advocates, patient organisations, researchers, health and social care teams, and industry partners to raise the standard of what “good” looks like — from clear language and communication, to feedback loops, to proper resourcing and recognition.
