Dr. Sondra Butterworth is the co-founder of RareQoL and a leading author of our eLearning materials, drawing on her extensive expertise in health equity, inclusive research, and community psychology to empower and educate diverse rare disease communities.

Associate Professor Dr. Andrew Mitchell is the Co-Chair of EDIRA and a leading advocate for ethical and inclusive research, bringing extensive academic expertise and a commitment to advancing transparency, fairness, and meaningful engagement with underrepresented communities in health and social care.<br />

Naomi Litchfield
We are proud to collaborate with Naomi Litchfield, Director of Patient Advocacy at Bionical Emas—a global leader in Early Access Programs (EAP) and clinical trial supply—who supports our EDIRA projects, including Coaching Circles and the EDIRA conference, to advance patient advocacy and inclusive research in rare diseases.
